A party game where you are a balloon

Popmates is a pixel-art party game in the making: you are a balloon in a world of floating islands, and you step through portals into 30-second races to name as many things as you can.

• The look: the art style, the balloon characters in five colours and five moods, a logo, and the sky and island art.
• A first step: a Popmate can walk around a test map in a web browser.
• Not yet: no server, no accounts and no matches, so nothing is playable yet.
